Far from what we used to
Work is not our concern
Run away and pamper
Live like always Sundays
Happy times abreast
For us we have Fridays
Weekends designed for rest
Tired of places we’ve been,
Always home and office cabin
Nice to have out towns as breather
Time to reminisce and remember
Moment for a happy stow
Explore places at low
Vacation is nice for now
Forget works on row
We hit slippery roads,
With lots of hump on board.
Cars geared with dimly lights,
Helps our eyes closed.
Mountains outback
Reminds that works sucks
Ocean mirror skies
As flock of birds’ flies.
Swim on a water crystal clear
Compete with fishes whims
Strength within
Till sun sets in.
We’re doing all this to forget.
But reality bites…
Saturdays will come
Work is there….
Waiting.
